Led by Aja Rose, Channing, Emi and Sara our team brings decades of combined experience in philanthropy, nonprofit leadership, corporate partnerships, and strategic fundraising across North America and Asia. Together, we have helped raise more than $50 million for mission-driven organizations across North Texas, built high-performing development programs, and led record-breaking fundraising campaigns that have transformed the communities they serve.

Worthy Connections was founded by four women whose careers in philanthropy revealed a common challenge: businesses want to give back but often struggle to find nonprofit partners that align with their values, while nonprofits need stronger connections to sustainable funding and strategic partnerships. We created Worthy Connections to bridge that gap by connecting purpose with opportunity through trusted relationships that strengthen organizations and create lasting community impact.
